Alisha has been a personal trainer for many years, and a CrossFit coach since 2009. Her introduction to CrossFit is unconventional — she was training at a traditional big box gym when she was offered a position at a CrossFit gym but was unfamiliar with the high-intensity training methodology. Alisha ended up falling in love with it immediately and has been dedicated to CrossFit ever since. Today, she specializes in teaching kids to value health and fitness and sports specific training and loves the relationships that are cultivated in the A1A community.
