Felipe Rodriguez is a graduate from Celina High School where he participated in Football, Track, & Powerlifting.
In 1995 he graduated as the most physically fit marine from his graduating class in boot camp. His fastest time in the 3 mile run was a 16:36 and also scored 60 kipping pullups. It was in the Marines when Felipe was first introduced to supplements such as creatine and whey protein and realized the difference it made in body composition and performance.
In 2000 Felipe Became a Certified Personal Trainer helping individuals with weight loss, strength & conditioning and special needs training as well. In 2014 Felipe Came to A1A to help with 1 on 1 performance training. Felipe has
competed in local CrossFit events and has helped coached individuals in competing in local CrossFit events & combative events.
In 2016 Felipe was rushed to the hospital to find out he had Kidney failure. He has currently been on Dialysis waiting on a kidney transplant. With his "Never Give up" mentality he has proven to everyone that with proper nutrition and a great exercise regimen that the body will adapt and push forward. Regardless of his disability he still competes in local events. Felipe Stays up to date with a lot of the current training systems, most of his knowledge on exercise and nutrition comes from his 18 years of experience on training himself and a lot of his clients.
